I was only able to do two sets of pushups (20 reps each) and only two set of bodyweight squats (my quads near my knees were burning like fire!!).  Then came the Stationary BW lunges....oh my god I thought my legs were going to fall off after the first set.  I was in such pain I could only do one set.  I couldn't do any pullups because 1)  I don't have anywhere to do them and 2)  I never could really do any ever even when I was working out a couple of years ago &amp;amp; was 75 lbs lighter.  I couldn't make it through one set of 8 Count Bodybuilders and the plank I was only able to do once as well.  I'm WAAAAAAAAAY out of shape and am quite disappointed with myself that I did as horribly as I did.  Obviously I can't really participate in the competition, but I will do as best as I can to catch up.....if at all.  I'm also going to try my hardest to keep up this routine....considering I'm going to have to build myself up to be able to even do some of the exercises.  Anyway, that's my first day. Every day I will post what I've done, and will post stats every week.  I finally got my camera working with my computer and have my starting photos at the right.  I will be going through a workout program developed by a personal trainer named Arnel Ricafranca.  He offers this program completely free.  My many thanks go to him for providing such a life changing and physique altering gift.  Anyways, I'm getting ready to start my workout.
